When Marriott came looking for a solution for their peeling and fading roof they contacted LDG to come up with a coating solution to their roof, years later it still looks grand, overlooking the saint john river and a peek of the grand lake. The Metal Roof was refinished with t115 Hybrid primer and t1028 Industriel dryfall by Tnemec distributed by LDG Sales.
Not for the faint of heart.
The person on edge, Showing specialized set up for safe painting operations, this spotter is closely watching his fellow colleague, look close and you will see the top of a hard hat just below roofs edge, not for the weak knee type.
Specialized set up for tackling the bigger projects, a double lifeline for safe spray ability.
Roof systems, this finished photo of Irving Tree Nursery Sussex started off with a rusting pipe stack, then that was sandblasted to remove any corrosion then zinc primed with i52 and finished with i670 resulting in a quality job by LDG, thank George for this.
Coop Moncton Feed Mill – before photo with discussions with Grant over the coating system to be used. Brown in Photo is where the existing coating is gone, windswept away and then this gets rebuilt sealing the surface from air and water, 2 biggest challenges with coatings, careful not to use thin film coatings on rusted surfaces as they bleed back thru quickly.
Corrosion atop Moncton was not needed. 2 Step process of sealing the existing corroded steel with i670 and then finishing up with i990 effectively stopped corrosion atop this roof stop setting, thanks, Roland.
